There are two UYSA seasons, the fall and the spring seasons. The fall season runs from about mid-August through the end of October. The spring season runs from about mid-March through the end of May.

Each season, a team has a season of eight games. Rarely, the team will have up to 10 games.

Though not mandatory, teams generally participate in two winter indoor seasons. Tournaments either take place on artificial turf, or on a futsal court.

Other tournaments are decided by the team. Generally, tournaments take place between UYSA seasons, either during the late winter, spring, summer or fall.

Tournaments take place locally, or during winter months in St. George, Las Vegas, or California.
